Hi,

I am thinking to design "MII -to - multiport UART" bridge. In this design
MII will act as an Ethernet PHY. Device can be controlled thru the
standard two pin MII managament interface (bidir data, input clock to
PHY). UART will be compatible to very popular interface(s): for example
16C450.

Therefore, is there any workaround for this kind of bridge?
